Petition for Jonathan Mitchell

Hello All,
Please find attached a copy of a Petition in support of Jonathan Mitchell.  The Albuquerque NAACP, in concert with the father,Isaac Mitchell, respectfully ask that each of you assist us in obtaining thousands of signatures in support of having Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg file charges against the shooter.
The NAACP and the Mitchell Family met with DA Brandenburg and her staff for a report overview.  The outcome was so alarming that a formal request was made for independent investigations by the New Mexico State Police and the FBI.
Justice for Jonathan Mitchell is just as important as the national call for justice for Trayvon Martin!!
Please copy this petition and get as many signatures possible.  We only need names:     John Doe
This weekend is a great start to get petitions signed in churches, at social and athletic events and around the neighborhoods.
A public press conference will be scheduled within two weeks to announce our number of signatures.  At that time, those who have participated in this important civil rights project, can bring forward their petitions with a total count.
Please contact me for additional clarification or if one has more effective means of obtaining support for this effort.  We desire a collective effort because a similar incident could happen to someone else’s son.
Thank you.
Harold Bailey, Ph.D.
